If you're not 100% satisfied with the photos that you receive, please mail them back (see address above) and we will either a. refund your money b. credit you for a future shot/photo or c. re-print your photo and mail it back to you at no cost. (Don't forget to include a return mailing address).

Since (out-of-town) photo labs are processing about 99% of the orders, we don't get to see the finished product. Therefore, we have no way of checking the quality to see if it's up to standard. Occasionally, we will randomly order photos to check on the quality. If we're not happy with the current photo lab that is processing the photos, or we get too many complaints- we'll find/use another one..or print them ourselves. Regardless, we want you- the customer- to have nothing but the best quality photo.
